We launched our Gold Seal range to show just how talented our Master Sausage-meister is, by giving him free-rein in terms of selecting the meat and spices that go into these products. He is particularly proud of the coarsely ground Big Dog Royale. This is what smoked and cured sausages would have tasted like in Europe, centuries ago, before mass production changed everything.

Email Received, Regarding The Big Dog Royale: Hi, just received your contact details from Mishkins, we dined there last Saturday afternoon on a visit to London & had the most wonderful hot dog that I’ve ever tasted. We have a restaurant in Galway on the west coast of Ireland & are just about to open a new BBQ beer garden overlooking the sea.
