Please note: All items are final sale. Legally our products ( in fact all perishable goods) are exempt from being returned.

Having said that, our raison d'être is to bring our customers big, sausage-shaped smiles, so please do contact us if you have any issues and we will see what we can do.

N.B. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same product, you will have to send it, along with all its original packing, to:

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but please be sure to let us know, by email, when you are sending it and when we should expect it to arrive.
