SHELF LIFE

Maximum Shelf Life: 18 Months

Minimum Life into Customer: 12 Months

Storage Instructions: Store frozen at or below -18ºC. Once defrosted, keep chilled and use within 5 days.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cook from chilled.

Shallow Fry: Remove all packaging, and preheat 15ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Evenly spread out the sausages into the pan and cook for 8 minutes. Turn three times during cooking (approximately every 2 minutes).

Oven Cook: Preheat oven to Gas mark 6 (200°C) Electric 200°C and Fan assisted 180°C. Remove all packaging and evenly spread out the sausages (x4) onto a baking tray and place into the centre of the oven for 16 minutes.

Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or apply national standards.
