An all-natural, de luxe, 95% meat content, smoked & cured pork Frankfurter in hog casings (5 x 135g avg.) This incomparable "dawg" featured on BBC Radio 4's "The Food Programme" and was lauded for its mouth-watering succulence. It is part of our Gold Seal range - the very best a hot dog can get. It is handmade by Big Apple's Master Sausage-meister, using centuries old techniques and fresh garlic cloves.

N.B. The traditional, artisanal techniques & the natural (hog or mutton) casings used for our Gold Seal dawgs mean that - if you look closely - each varies slightly in length & girth (just like us humans! :o) And each small batch of Royales will vary slightly in colour too (again, like our own ;o)  In our view, these differences in the sizes & colour are the crowning glory of these creations, and are largely due to the variety in their skins. Which, although superficially different, act as a sort crucible & showcase for the outstanding levels of taste & inner goodness common to all of our Gold Seal sausages regardless of their size, shape or the colour of their skins. Making every single Gold Seal sausage a unique creation, with external differences that are to be embraced & cherished.  Because by reaching out your hand, opening your mind (and your mouth) is the gateway to experiencing & exploring the new delights that await you - far more more profoundly than skin deep - just like all those unexpected BFFs awaiting us at each of the 4 corners of The Earth.
