The traditional, artisanal techniques & the natural (hog or mutton) casings used for our Gold Seal dawgs mean that - if you look closely - each varies slightly in length & girth (just like us humans! :o) And each small batch of Royales will vary slightly in colour too (again, like our own ;o) In our view, these differences in the sizes & colour are the crowning glory of these creations, and are largely due to the variety in their skins. Which, although superficially different, act as a sort crucible & showcase for the outstanding levels of taste & inner goodness common to all of our Gold Seal sausages regardless of their size, shape or the colour of their skins.
