The very finest hot dog sausages available anywhere in the world (N.B. Please do let us know anywhere that may have better ones, we are always open to learning and inspiration!).
Our Gold Seal sausages are made in small batches, using only prime Red Tractor pork shoulder or beef flank, and with no gluten or other bulking agents ever. We use the finest spices, masterfully blended and we even hand-peel the fresh garlic. Our Master Sausage-meister insists on using only hog or mutton casings, to guarantee that all important “snap’ followed by the flood of flavour, as you bite in. Our traditional recipes and artisanal processes mean the Royales in our Gold Seal range are completely free from allergens, as well as from any real rivals to the throne.
