An all-natural, de luxe, 95% meat content, smoked & cured pork Frankfurter in hog casings (10 x 130g ave.) This incomparable "dawg" featured on BBC Radio 4's "The Food Programme" and was lauded for its mouth-watering succulence. It is part of our Gold Seal range - the very best a hot dog can get. It is handmade by Big Apple's Master Sausage-meister, using centuries old techniques and fresh garlic cloves. Now sold by the case at wholesale price. 1 case = 15 packs of 5
