We don't know how he did it, but our halal sausage-meister has managed to remove almost all the fat from these sausages, and replaced it with FLAVOUR! Not only are these by far the most delicious halal sausages that we have ever tasted, they are the healthiest sausages we have ever wanted to taste more than once, too! With less than half the fat of, most reduced-fat sausages, he has come up with something truly special.  All-natural, 3% fat, halal sausages that food-lovers with differering needs can unite and rejoice over!

 HMC certified chicken breast and thigh meat is minced and seasoned, before being stuffed into halal mutton casings casings and hand-linked in dedicated, HMC certified premises.
